Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped 3-5 days after being placed.

Once I drop off your package at the Post Office, it is out of my hands.

Return & Exchange Policy

Since all pieces are handmade, there is a chance they can break during transit. If this happens to you, please reach out to me as soon as possible and I will replace your piece free of charge.

If your piece breaks within of week of having it I will replace it to the best of my ability, as no two pieces are the same.

If your piece breaks or gets damaged anytime after 1 week, I cannot replace it. Sometimes things happen! Please take good care of them.
